Magic Seasoning Blends Shipping Policies

The majority of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt via United Parcel Service (UPS). When you select the Standard shipping method (UPS Ground), the delivery time once it leaves our distribution center ranges from 3 to 7 business days and is based on the distance of the destination address from Louisiana. If you use UPS 2-Day shipping method, your products should arrive on your doorstep 2 to 4 business days after receipt of your order.  If you use UPS Overnight shipping method, your products should arrive on your doorstep 1 to 2 business days after receipt of your order.

We ship to APO and FPO addresses. We also ship internationally.


Magic Seasoning Blends Returns & Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days. We will exchange the item or give you full credit or a refund for the purchase price of the item by your original method of payment. Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange completed.

We recommend that prior to returning your product, you call (800) 457-2857 to speak with one of our representatives.

When returning the item you purchased, write a note, making sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number, and reason for the return or exchange.
