I accidentally found this seasoning at a Christmas Tree Shop in Staten Island but have not been able to find it anywhere else. I loved it so much, I decided to look for it online today. I am so happy that I can finally order it online now. This is simply the best seasoning! I use it to jazz up spagetti sauces and other gravies.

I use this to make my cajun alferdo pasta and it is delicious everytime! Just like Friday\'s :] Sad they don\'t sell these in stores. I will be ordering a bunch of this product so I never run out again!

I love, love, love this spice .. no stores carry it anymore. Kroger used to and then all of a sudden stopped. I don\'t use it on pizza or pasta I use it on pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon!! It\'s yummy!! So excited I can buy it here on-line! Saves time trying to find it! Thank you!!

I love this seasoning. It goes on every pizza I order, their not the same without it. They don't carry this in my store either. Have to get it here online.

I bought the Hot & Sweet years ago and also searched the 50 mile radius to find it again. Chef Paul\'s web site is a life saver because I ordered a bunch of bottles online and when friends come over and taste it, they have to have some. I use it on pizza and any pasta with a red sauce. It\'s the best! Thanks Chef for the web site & for all your products.

My fellow co-workers went crazy over it and wanted to know where they could find some. The sad thing is, I cannot find it in ANY STORES out here now!! Thankfully, I found this website and ordered enough to last for quite a while, I'm so happy!! Thanks Chef Prudhomme for making my shrimp pasta a hugge in in Cali!!!

The Meijer here in Louisville, Ky also stopped carrying it, but you can always order from the website here. I use both herbal or the hot & sweet pizza and pasta magic when making pizza or now and then when I smoke ribs.

My mom started us on this and we CAN NOT eat pizza without it. We have our weekly pizza and beer group hooked on it too!

Meijer discontinued carrying this seasoning. They told me it was on clearance and I semi-flipped. Then I found it here. Three bottles on the way. Lemme tell you though, $6/bottle with shipping is a bit crazy, but it's that good. :D

i would give it more than 5 star if it would let me, this is by far the greatest seasoning ever! i use it in and on everything, pizza, pasta, soups, there is just no end! adds just the right touch to everything i have tried it on!!
