    Chef Paul Magic seasoning blends are the BEST. We use it all the time,we just have a problem finding it in the stores where we live. When I do see them in stock, I buy a few bottles at once.

    I absolutly LOVE this stuff!!! It is my favorite seasoning. It is the only thing I will use on salmon and it is great on shrimp with a little olive oil and white wine and garlic.
