I have been using this and other products for years now and whenever I make fish it is at my fingertips. I love to make fish for a fresh salad with this seasoning on it and for fish tacos too.

I LOVE his seasonings! I am addicted to them :) I use the Seafood Seasoning on chicken and it totally ROCKS!!! Thanks so much Chef xD

WE HAVE BEEN USING SEAFOOD MAGIC FOR YEARS. IT IS AWESOME. WE USE IT ON FISH, STEAKS, CRAB SALADS AND EVEN IN SOUPS. GREAT ALTERNATIVE FOR SALT. IF IT TAKES A FEW DAYS TO GET TO YOU, IT IS WORTH IT. BE PATIENT. GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT. JUST ORDERED TWO 24 0Z. CANS. THANK YOU.

I want to use your recipe for Jambalya but I need to make much larger quantity. I have a 40qt stainless pot that I need to fill at least 3/4 full. The amount of individual ingredients for this finish quantity puzzles me! I will start with 5lbs Shrimp & 5lbs of andoulle Sausage. Possibly about 4lbs thigh meat and ? long grain rice. Can you help please. I would repeat this again and again as I cook for the Loyal Order of the Moose on Sat. nights. Thanks sooooo much!!!
